Terms of service

1. The service

GBProxies sells proxy traffic per GB for residential, mobile, datacenter and premium residential proxies. You add credit, buy traffic from credit and connect through our gateway with your proxy login.

We describe each product, its price per GB and its options on the pricing page and the product pages. Pool sizes are counts of unique IPs seen in the last 30 days and change over time.

2. Your account

An account is a single access token made in your browser. We keep only a one way hash of it, so you are responsible for keeping the token safe. Anyone with the token can use the account.

Up to three accounts can be created from one network. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Credit and purchases

Credit is added with crypto through our payment window, from $30 per top-up and up to $5,000 per payment. Credit does not expire and is used only for purchases on this site; it is not paid out to a wallet.

Every purchase is at least $30. Traffic bought for a product is used on that product's ports and does not expire. If a purchase cannot be delivered, its full price goes back to your credit.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the proxies for lawful purposes only, such as collecting public data, price and search result checks, ad verification, testing and research.

You may not use them for spam, phishing, fraud, credential stuffing, account takeover, attacks or scanning of systems you do not own, access to content or accounts you have no right to use, or anything that breaks the law of your country or the target's country.

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund of traffic used for the abuse.

5. Service changes

We may change products, prices, ports and pool sizes. Price changes apply to new purchases only; traffic you already bought keeps its GB.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, or for the content of websites you reach through the proxies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
