Carriers put hundreds or thousands of phones behind a single public IP. Websites know that blocking such an address would block many real customers at once, so mobile IPs carry the highest trust of any proxy type. They are the strongest option for mobile-first platforms, app testing and checks that must look like a phone on a cellular plan.

What teams use Mobile proxies for
Mobile ad verification
See the ads and redirects that phone users on a carrier network receive.
App and site testing
Test geo features, store pages and mobile layouts from real carrier IPs.
Mobile SERP tracking
Check mobile search results, which often differ from desktop rankings.
Social media tools
Run your own accounts through clean mobile IPs within each platform's rules.

"https://api.ipify.org?format=json"What is a mobile proxy?
A mobile proxy is a proxy whose exit IP belongs to a mobile carrier. Traffic leaves through the same kind of address a smartphone uses on 4G or 5G, so the target site sees a mobile network, not a hosting company.
Mobile IPs change naturally when phones move between cell towers or reconnect, which is why carrier networks are used to many devices sharing and switching addresses. That behaviour makes mobile traffic hard to tell apart from ordinary phone users.
Mobile proxy pricing per GB
Mobile traffic costs $1.20 per GB from 25 GB, and $0.96 per GB for any single purchase of 1 TB or more. Credit and traffic never expire, so you can buy a large block at the lower price and use it over months.
- 25 GB for $30: test a mobile workflow end to end
- 1 TB for $960: the volume price for daily jobs
- 5 TB for $4,800: for teams with steady mobile traffic
Sessions on mobile networks
Rotating mode gives a new carrier IP for every new connection. Sticky mode keeps one IP for up to 120 minutes when you add a session id, as long as the device behind it stays connected. If the carrier changes the address earlier, the next request simply continues on a new mobile IP.
When to choose mobile instead of residential
Choose mobile proxies when the target is built for phones: app store pages, mobile ads, mobile search and platforms that score traffic by network type. For desktop websites and general scraping, residential traffic is usually the better value per GB.
