Privacy policy

1. What we store

A one way hash of your access token, the last four characters of the token, an encrypted copy of the token used only to label your top-up notices for our staff, your credit balance, purchases, top-ups and the IP address, device type and language seen at sign up.

For proxy traffic we keep usage totals per product so we can bill and show your remaining GB. We do not store the content of the pages you open through the proxies.

2. What we do not store

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or documents. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

3. Payments

Crypto payments are handled by our payment window. We store the amount, the coin and network, and the transaction reference needed to credit your account.

4. Cookies

We use a sign in cookie, a language cookie and a first visit source cookie. They are needed for the site to work and are not shared with third parties.

5. Retention and deletion

Account records are kept while the account exists. You can delete your account yourself on the Account page of the console when its credit is $0.00; records we must keep for payments are kept in anonymised form.
