Frequently asked questions

Everything about buying proxy traffic per GB: prices, payments, connection settings, the API and our rules.

Pricing and traffic

What does pay as you go mean for proxies?

You buy proxy traffic in GB and use it whenever you like. There is no monthly plan, no renewal and no minimum monthly spend. You add credit, buy GB of the product you need and the GB stay on your account until you use them.

How much do the proxies cost per GB?

Residential $0.60/GB, mobile $1.20/GB, datacenter $0.30/GB and premium residential $3.00/GB. Each product has a lower volume price for one large purchase, down to $0.27/GB for datacenter traffic. See Pricing.

Does purchased traffic expire?

No. Traffic never expires and neither does your credit. A slow month never costs you the GB you already paid for.

What is the smallest purchase?

Every purchase is at least $30: 50 GB residential, 25 GB mobile, 100 GB datacenter or 10 GB premium residential.

How is traffic counted?

Traffic is the data that passes through the proxy in both directions: your request and the response. Blocking images, fonts and video in your tool lowers the GB you use per page.

When does the volume price apply?

When one purchase reaches the volume step: 1 TB for residential, mobile and datacenter, 5 TB for premium residential. The whole order is then billed at the lower rate.

Can I use one balance for every product?

Yes. Credit is shared by all products. Traffic is kept per product, so residential GB are used on the residential ports and mobile GB on the mobile ports.

Payments and credit

How do I pay?

Add credit with crypto: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC on the supported networks. A top-up starts at $30 and one payment can be up to $5,000. Purchases are then paid from credit in one click.

Is there a top-up bonus?

Yes, on your first top-up: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000. The bonus is added to credit with the top-up.

Can I withdraw credit?

Credit is used for purchases on this site and is not paid out to a wallet. Failed purchases and refunds always go back to credit.

What if I send a different amount?

Send the exact amount shown in the payment window, on the network shown there. A different amount or network can delay the credit, so always copy the address and amount from the window.

Proxies and connection

Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 on every product. Each product has one HTTP port and one SOCKS5 port on the same gateway.

How do I log in to the proxy?

With the proxy username and password shown on the Proxies page of the console. Targeting and session options are added to the username.

How do I choose a country?

Add -cc- and the two letter country code to the username, for example USERNAME-cc-de. Country targeting is free on every product.

What is a sticky session?

A sticky session keeps the same IP for several requests. Add -sid-<any id>-ttl-<minutes> to the username; the same id keeps the same IP for up to 120 minutes while the device stays online.

Can I target cities or ZIP codes?

Yes, on premium residential proxies: state, city, ZIP code and ASN targeting are included in its price per GB.

How many countries are available?

217 countries across all products. Each country page lists the IP pool per product, see Locations.

Account and API

How do I create an account?

Click Try now and the browser makes an access token for you. Copy it or save it as a file, tick that you saved it and the account is ready. The token is your sign in, so keep it safe.

What if I lose my token?

The token is the only way to sign in, and we keep only a one way hash of it. Store it in a password manager; we cannot recover a lost token.

Is there an API?

Yes. A REST API with a Bearer key lists products and prices, shows your credit and traffic, buys GB and returns your proxy login. See API docs.

Can I check how much traffic I have left?

Yes. The console shows the GB left per product, and the API returns the same numbers.

Rules

What can I use the proxies for?

Lawful work on public data and your own accounts: scraping public pages, price and SEO checks, ad verification, testing and research. Spam, fraud, attacks, account takeover and access to content you are not allowed to see are not allowed.

What happens if a purchase fails?

Nothing is charged. If a purchase cannot be delivered, the full price goes back to your credit at once.
