Refund policy

Traffic never expires and credit stays on your account, so you never lose what you paid for to a deadline. Here is how refunds work.
1. Failed purchases
If a traffic purchase cannot be delivered, the full price goes back to your credit automatically and at once.
2. Unused traffic
Unused GB stay on your account with no expiry date, so there is nothing to refund at the end of a month.
3. Credit
Credit is kept on your account and used for purchases on this site. It is not paid out to a wallet. Refunds and corrections are always made to credit.
4. Payment problems
If a payment was sent with a different amount or on a different network than the payment window showed, the payment is held for a manual check by our team, which matches it by its transaction reference before any credit is added.
5. Abuse
Traffic used in breach of the terms of service is not refunded.
